Personal use

Weightly is a tool for personal weight tracking only. It helps you log and visualize numbers you enter yourself (or import from Apple Health).

Not medical advice

Weightly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or make claims about any condition, and it makes no promises about weight loss or gain. Charts and trends are informational only. For questions about your weight or health, consult a qualified health professional.

Your data and your choices

Your entries are stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for your device, for any backups of it, and for the decisions you make based on the information you track. Deleting the app or using "Delete All Data" permanently removes locally stored entries.

Apple Health

The optional Apple Health integration depends on Apple's permission system and platform behavior, which may change with iOS updates. Weightly only requests body weight access and functions fully if you decline it.

Changes to the app

Weightly may change over time — features may be added, adjusted, or removed. These terms may be updated to reflect such changes; the date above shows the latest revision.

Warranty

Weightly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
